Club Roddick Terms, Conditions, & Policies

For all customer service issues including questions regarding our Premier Level Membership (Club Roddick) or tracking your order, please feel free to e-mail us at: clubroddick@andyroddick.com or proshop@andyroddick.com. Please allow 1-2 weeks (in the US) or 1-3 weeks (international) for orders to be received. If there is a delay, we will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided at the time of your order. Must be 18 years or older to order unless you have your parents permission.

Satisfaction / Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with the quality of your membership content, please e-mail us at clubroddick@andyroddick.com and explain the reason for your concern. We cannot be responsible for any costs associated with the return of any physical merchandise, including but not limited to postage, shipping, international duties, taxes, fees and refused shipment return charges. No credit will be made to your credit card for any resulting return freight or shipping charges. By placing your order, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE
This purchasing department is a service of Andyroddick.com, which allows the individual consumer (the "Customer") to order the Premier Level Membership (the "Merchandise") supplied by the independent merchandise vendor (the "Vendors"). By placing an order in this store, you acknowledge that the Vendors are responsible for the fulfillment of all Merchandise ordered, and that the Vendor, not Andy Roddick is responsible for Merchandise shipments. All Merchandise advertising claims and specification are those of their respective Vendors, not Andy Roddick

ALL OFFERS ARE SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. Neither the Andy Roddick Fan Club / Club Roddick, nor its vendors are responsible for errors in copy or images. Inquiries concerning credit card billing may be directed to the Proshop, address shown below in term “notice”, or via email to: proshop@andyroddick.com

By ordering the Premier Level Membership, you acknowledge the Limitation of Liability outlined herein and agree to use purchase your membership kit in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT Customer agrees to pay all amounts accrued in Customer accounts, including applicable sales tax and shipping and handling charges as they are defined at the time of purchase. Andyroddick.com reserves the right to decline service for non credit-worthy purchasers and may decline service or terminate accounts on accounts with accrued arrears or non-payment.

Andyroddick.com reserves the right to modify the prices of any and the Premier Level Membership and the rights to use this purchase by the Customer are subject to any limits established by the credit card issuer on Customer credit.

Customer agrees that andyroddick.com may bill your credit card at the time merchandise is ordered. Customer also acknowledges that the andyroddick.com and its Vendors are not responsible and shall not be held liable for any breaches in transaction security by third parties.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY Customer agrees that the use of The Store and the purchase of the products within are made at the risk of the Customer. The Premier level Membership kit's products are made available for purchase "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the information found in the "return" policy. Andyroddick.com may not be accountable for any damage liability, direct, indirect, or consequential, that may arise from the purchase of any Merchandise, including, but not limited to the use of the Premier level Membership purchasing department.

 

NOTICE Andyroddick.com may give notice to Customers by means of e-mail to the Customer directly, or through a general posting on the andyroddick.com web site or by written notice by electronic mail to the e-mail address indicated on a Customer order, or by written notice by first class mail to a Customer billing address in our records.

COPYRIGHTS AND MATERIAL RIGHTS Club Roddick members agree not to openly share the photos, articles, videos, information, in any form (electronic or otherwise) on andyroddick.com or on any other websites or public forum. Unauthorized distribution of Club Roddick materials can result in termination from Club Roddick without any refunds. Please respect the fact that this is a provision of a non-profit organization (Andy Roddick Foundation).
