This morning on the Today Show, People magazine’s associate Los Angeles bureau chief, Julie Jordan, revealed their choices for the annual sexiest man alive issue. It should come as no shock that Andy Roddick made the 2003 list!
Anchor Katie Couric quizzed Jordan on what their process was for choosing this elite list of hunks. Couric asked “So do you guys, like, sit around a table and just talk about, like, guys you think are cute?” That seems to be exactly how it works according to Jordan, “This is more just who we like, who our readers like. And then it’s sitting around kind of debating and–and finding something for everyone.”
During the exclusive preview, after seeing the photo of Roddick, Couric stated choosing him must have been “a no-brainer”.
Jordan went on to comment “Well, a tennis sensation, first of all. You know, he’s got the power on the court, and yet off court he’s got Mandy Moore on his arm. We agree with her, he’s pretty sexy.”
Don’t take their word for, draw your on conclusion this Friday when the incredible issue hits newsstands!
