Fitness - the secret weapon of every professional athlete.

Being fit makes your body stronger, and consequently, your game stronger…

Fitness separates the good from the bad, the weak from the strong, the recreational from the professional.

How exactly does being fit help your game?

Well, if you’re too tired, then you can’t hammer in those great strokes you’ve been working so hard on.

And if you’re arm’s too tired to follow through, or your feet are too tired to get you where you need to be, then those good strokes won’t help you out.

The best players are those who remain consistent from set one to set five, and that’s where fitness comes into play.

If you’re fit, then your body won’t be giving out on you, and your level of consistency will remain.

Plus, being in shape gives you more benefits than just physical, like confidence and also a better mental outlook, which consequently can help you become a mentally tougher player in those close matches.

So if you really want to take your game to the next level, then remember to take your fitness to the next level first!
