Andy To Play Todd Martin In French Open

Andy Roddick vs. Todd Martin
Monday, fourth on Philippe Chatrier court following an 11.00am start (local time)

The draw for the second grand slam of the year in Paris, has been released. In the first round, Andy will face fellow American, Todd Martin. The two have played four times before, with Andy leading the encounters 3-1. Their two meetings on clay in 2002 and 2001 were won by Andy.

As the number two seed, Andy’s draw is not the most difficult. If he acheeves his current aim, to progress past round one, he will face either Robby Ginepri or Olivier Mutis.
