Rome Draw Update
The European clay court season starts in Rome for Andy, at the Internazional BNL D’Italia beginning on Monday 5th May.

Seeded sixth, Andy has been awareded a bye into the second round, where he will face the winner between Michael Llodra and Mardy Fish.

Andy is in the bottom half of the draw in Rome and threats in Andy’s Quarter include Australian Open finalist Jo-Wilfred Tsonga, Tommy Robredo and Miami Master, Nikolay Davydenko. Andy is also in the same half of the draw as defending champion, Rafael Nadal.

Andy’s best result in Rome, came in 2002 when he reached the semifinals.
