Update From Doug in Shanghai!

Well we are now in Shanghai. It seems we have been in airplanes a lot the lst couple of months. We made the 13 hour flight from San Francisco to Shanghai and arrived here last night. Masters Cup is a really good event. The players are all very well taken care of. The tournament has a driver for each player and at the arena each player has his own private locker room/small lounge. The people that work at the hotel and at the tournament really do a great job of taking care of everyone. It also is a unique event with the round robin format. Each player will play at least 3 matches against players all ranked in the top 8 in the world. This means an entire tournament of tennis played at a very high level and many matches that are very close.

Shanghai is a huge city that just seems to go on forever. I have been here 4 or 5 times before and every time I come back the city continues to change and get bigger. Everything is good here and we are looking forward to Monday and the start of a great tournament
