Andy Takes His Place With Masters

Andy was the fifth person to qualify for Shanghai. Now, Andy takes his place with the seven other elite players of the 2007 tennis season, for the Masters Cup.

On Wednesday in Shanghai, the draw was made. The eight players were split into two groups. Andy has been placed in the Red Group, where he is joined by Roger Federer, Nikolay Davydenko and Fernando Gonzalez.

The Gold Group features the young guns, with Rafael Nadal, Richard Gasquet, Novak Djokovic and David Ferrer making up that group.

The Gold group gets underway first, as they begin play on Sunday. Andy and the rest of the Red Group will play their first matches on Monday.
