The longest singles tie-break on the ATP circuit was when Andy defeated Jo-Wilfried
Tsonga 6-7(18-20), 7-6(2), 6-2, 6-3, 1st RD of Australian Open

Andy and Nicolas Mahut competed in the second longest final this year where they battled for 36 games

Andy was a part of one of five all countrymen finals this year in Washington D.C. where he defeated John Isner (USA)

Andy saved a match point to clinch the Stella Artois Championships where he defeated Nicolas Mahut 4-6, 7-6(7), 7-6(2)
