Practice Week

Great week!!!   Queens was once again a great week for all of us.  Andy played some really good tennis and his tennis got better as the week continued.  The weather can always make for an interesting week at Queens but we had just enough good weather to get all of the matches in.  The final yesterday was nothing short of a great match.  Both guys were making very few mistakes and playing some great attacking tennis.  Mahut volleyed as well as I have seen anyone volley in a long time. He deserves a lot of credit for how he played.  In the end it was very nice to see Andy play some great tennis, raise a winners trophy at the end of the week, and have great preparation for Wimbledon.  I also have to thank many of the fans at Queens.  They always give Andy great support and a special shout out to the “pink ladies.” They are always so nice to Andy and all of us. It is great seeing them every year.

Now we are onto the practice week before Wimbledon.  Time for Andy to put a few hard days of work in on the court and in the gym.  Only a week till the start of Wimbledon!!!!!!
