Exciting news for Andy Roddick!
Andy Roddick is taking on a new career, in addition to his current career as professional tennis player, he is also moonlighting as new, uber-cool hip-hop artist.
Andy has been signed to P. Diddy’s record label, Bad Boy records, and has already started putting together his first album as G-Rod.
Andy, or G-Rod as I’ll now refer to him, is one of many new, fresh, up and coming hip-hop artists to emerge in an overcrowded pool of lame, verbally stunted rap wannabe’s.
But G-Rod’s future album, entitled All The Right Hits, is already being critically acclaimed as inspirational to both tennis fans and thug-life everywhere.
The third song on his album, Cleaning Out My Locker, uses such emotionally gripping phrases as “I play, I play, I play some tennis, ye-yeah! I play. I’m a play-a! day-a! I grab you and make you a winn-a!”
Mark Saunders, from Rolling Stones, calls Andy’s 5th song OFF Da Court, a “dazzling, winningly magnificent combination of tight-socially relevant lines with smooth beats and driving bass. This guy is fantastic! Maybe even a better hip-hop artist than a tennis player” Amazing, considering Andy Roddick has graced the top-seed within men’s tennis.
And now comes the exciting news for Andyroddick.com members: G-Rod (aka, andy) will need some talented, special dancers for his first music video ever!
All andyroddick.com members will be eligible for auditions in five different cities: Atlanta, New York, L.A., New Orleans, and Kansas City.
So keep a look out for more information, and tell all of your friends about the hot, new up and coming hip-hop artist… G-ROD!
