After an exciting and hectic start to the ‘07 season, Andy has already spent over a month abroad, traveled coast to coast in the US, claimed one title, reached two semi-finals, helped clinch a Davis Cup win on clay, and rubbed elbows with the NFL’s finest before the Superbowl. That is certainly a lot to accomplish in the span of a mere two months. So, it is little surprise that Andy is looking forward to a few days at home.“I’m going to take a couple of days off in Austin, really get some good time in practice with Jimmy in Indian Wells, It’s been a pretty hectic three weeks, or even first two months of the year. I’ve seen my house a couple of times,” Andy told reporters after reaching the finals in Memphis.
Andy’s time home will hardly be a vacation as Team Roddick gears up for Indian Wells and Miami. “Get home, kind of recharge the batteries and go into Palm Springs with a really good week of training under my belt.”
