2006 Madrid Draw Release

On Sunday, the draw for the Mutus Madrilena Masters Madrid was made. Seeded sixth, Andy has received a bye in round one.

Counting down to the Masters Cup, all of the top players are in Madrid fighting for crucial points. Home favourite Rafa Nadal, and number one, Roger Federer will also be there.

Andy is in the bottom half of the draw, and in the second round will face either Grosjean or Bjorkman. In Andy’s quarter potential gauntlet obstacles include Berdych, Haas and Nadal.
