US OPEN: Friday Practice

On Friday under cloudy skies with a cool breeze, Andy had practice at 1pm on Practice Court 1, just outside of Arthur Ashe Stadium. It was hard to tell it was Andy practicing on the farthest court of five, but the backwards white hat and Babolat racquet made him indentifiable. With the team looking on, Andy had a hit with young American Phillip Simmons, whom traveled to Romania with the Davis Cup team as a practice partner.After an hour, the practice was over and Andy headed inside to refuel and sit with his coaches, looking ahead to him match tomorrow against Fernando Verdasco.
