Andy To Play Christophe Rochus In Siebel Open

The draw for the 2004 Siebel Open, in San Jose, taking place February 9-15 has been announced. In the first round, number one seed, Andy Roddick, will take on Christophe Rochus of Belgium. They will play on Wednesday.

Andy has never played Christophe Rochus before. The Siebel Open has drawn some of the top players to the tournament, with some of America’s best talent competing with the likes of Agassi, Blake, Ginepri and Fish.

The tournament also sees the return of former world number 4, and current coach of Andy Roddick: Brad Gilbert. On Monday night, in a one-set charity exhibition match, Gilbert will take on another American great, Michael Chang. Also on the Monday night there will be a special ceremony to honour to the current US Davis Cup team.
