Seeded number five, Andy has been placed at the top of the second half of the draw, and in the first round will face Spaniard, Alberto Martin.

Andy who has risen to the challenge of the dirt ball game this Spring is optimistic about his ankle recovery. Speaking in his AndyRoddick.com blog, Andy said, “My range of motion was better so that is encouraging for next week.”
