Andy’s Got The Right Stuff

In November’s issue of Stuff Magazine, Andy is awarded a Stuff Style Award and named the Smash Hit as a Style Icon. Placed 9th on a stacked list of 25, Andy is in good-looking company among other icon recipients including Kanye West, Michael Kors, Mos Def, Adrian Grenier, Jack Johnson, Jay-Z, Ralph Lauren, and Georgio Armani. Venturing from his signature Lacoste Polo and jeans, Andy rocks cargo pants, layered T’s, and a slight euro hawk in his retro portrait. Below is Andy’s interview.

Stuff: To bling or not to bling?
Andy: Personally, the only piece of jewelry I own is a Rolex watch, and it has minimal bling.

Would you kill to make your leather shoes?
I would think about it real hard.

Give us one unsolicited piece of style advice.
All Spandex! Seriously, thought. I’ve found a Lacoste polo and jeans can fit almost any situation.

How do you define style?
For something to work you have to feel comfortable in it and not be trying too hard.

Whose style to you admire?
Brad Pitt never does anything wrong when it comes to his fashion.

How much did the pants you’re wearing cost?
Seventy bucks.

What are you going to wear in your coffin?
A smile, ’cause I would have lived a good life.

Do clothes make the man?
Only in Richard Simmons’ case.
